
In action to the pandemic, Congress developed a variety of programs to offer financial relief to small companies. Isabella Casillas Guzman, who was validated as the Administrator of the Small Company Administration (SBA) on March 16, 2021, is now accountable for managing these programs, that include the Income Security Program, Dining Establishment Revitalization Fund (RRF), Shuttered Locations Running Grant (SVOG), the Economic Injury Catastrophe Loan Programs (EIDL), to name a few. The hearing will provide members a chance to hear straight from Administrator Guzman about the extraordinary obstacles dealing with small company and the application and efficiency of the financial relief programs.
