The cost of a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a PhD in Business Administration degree can vary widely between institutions. Executive DBA degrees can be quite costly, roughly costing tens of thousands of dollars per year and the PhD Programs in Business, you can actually get paid to do research.
If I were you, I would rank order the programs based on how much the program will cost, and how much you expect to make at complication. It is difficult to compare these degrees and the benefits of the degrees without looking at their costs.
In general, the education that you are going to get is going to be quite good at most institutions, but the biggest issue that you should look into is its reputation and signal to employers.
If you are just looking at the educational benefit and you have little long-term interest in doing research, and cost does not matter, I would simply choose the program that is most convenient for you.
If you are looking to do research, it is pretty important that you go to research universities with active researchers. The reason is that you need to be trained well, and understand the current debates in the literature.

David Maslach is a research professor of entrepreneurship, innovation, and business strategy, I discuss topics, such as behavioral science, strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and apply these to my new peer proofreading and editing platform. Topics include the sharing economy, altruism, investing in technology, starting a business, and bounded rationality. My favorite videos pertain to incentives, goal setting, and learning from failure to drive behaviors such as weight loss, stopping telemarketers, creating novel technologies, and creating new movements.
https://r3ciprocity.com: Peer proofreading and editing platform
A new platform where you can earn credits by editing other people’s documents. Use these credits to have your own work edited. If you do a good enough job, you can convert these credits to money.
The goal of the platform is to get people to ‘pay it forward’ and help other people out by creating incentives for people to give back.
