The Portfolio-based Interview is a scheduled conversation in between the apprentice and the Independent End-point Assessor supported by the apprentice’s portfolio of workbased proof. The interview examines:
– understanding of their portfolio to verify proficiency revealed
– self-reflection of efficiency, showing understanding and how proper abilities and behaviours have actually been used
– judgement and comprehending to describe proper examples.
The Portfolio-based Interview will examine the following understanding, abilities and behaviours (KSBs) detailed in the Apprenticeship Standard, in line with the Assessment Plan requirements.
The Project Presentation includes apprentices providing a discussion to the Independent End-point Assessor (IEA) based upon a job they have actually finished. The discussion is followed by a 10-15 minutes concern and response session.
The function of the Project Presentation is to evaluate apprentices’ understanding and abilities connected to preparation and handling a task.
