Fear of the coronavirus has led people to come up with some innovative inventions, although we didn’t think that “emotional moment” showing grandparents hugging their grandchildren through a homemade “hugging station” evoked the emotion we were supposed to feel.
Caleb Hull has tracked down this video of a woman who has donned a full-body enclosure for grocery shopping; we’re not certain, but it looks like she’s wearing rubber gloves as well. Maybe she’s immunocompromised? Or maybe she’s just that afraid of contracting COVID-19.
